Is the consultation really free?
Yes. The first 30 minutes are always free. There's no sales pressure and no obligation. The goal is mutual clarity
Do you work with organizations outside the U.S.?
Yes. Dr. Jean-Baptiste serves clients across the U.S., Caribbean, and Latin America. All engagements are remote-first. Time zone coordination is part of every scoping conversation.
I'm not sure which service fits, is that okay?

How quickly can an engagement begin?
For project-based work: typically within one week of contract signing. For retainers: onboarding begins within two weeks. Rush engagements are available depending on capacity.
What if I'm still in the grant-seeking phase?
That's a great time to reach out, earlier in the process means more strategic options before you've written a single word of a proposal.
Can you work with a tight budget?
That conversation starts at the free consultation. Don't self-screen based on budget before we've talked.
